Inflatable Butterfly Gag

Description

Place the gag into their mouth, and let them know that they are going to be quiet for a while. If they have even the slightest bit of disbelief, start squeezing the pump. The gag will inflate inside of their mouth and truly make sure that they are unable to speak. Turn a silent slave into an obedient one.
